The main aim of edible oil refining is to make the oil suitable for human consumption. Oil refining process
removes these unwanted constituents without damaging glycerides and with minimum loss of desired
constituents, which in turn improves flavour, odour, colour and stability. We have experience in solvent
extraction plant up to 600 TPD.

The oil mills are specifically designed for crushing different types of oil seeds such as cottonseed, groundnut, rapeseed, sunflower, and mustard seeds. After filtration, the quality of oil that is obtained is supreme. All the by-products like residual cake generated from the mills are used as the feedstock for the solvent extraction plant. The entire mill is segregated into different sections for proper functioning. There are mainly two types of pressing processes in oil Mills-Cold pressing and Hot Pressing.

A rice mill is a plant in which the processing of white rice and Boiled rice are done. In white rice plants we are removing the husk and the bran layers to produce edible white rice kernel that is sufficiently milled and free of impurities. In boiled rice plants before milling, we boil the rice and after removal of husk it will be polished and the impurities are removed performs fabrication and erection work for all types of rice mill. We have experience in solvent extraction plant up to 12 TPH.

Soap and detergent plant as the name suggest they primarily engage in manufacturing of soap, synthetic organic detergents, inorganic alkaline detergents and crude & refined glycerin from vegetable oils and animal fats.
