PEB STRUCTURE

The pre-engineered building system is a building enclosure system that always includes a structural system and often includes roof and wall cladding. The structural system consists of rigid frames that are fabricated from plate steel and “cold formed” through a manufacturing process. These rigid frames consist of roof beams and columns that are field bolted together. They are increasingly common due to the reduced amount of pre-engineering involved in custom computer-aided designs.

TRUSS FRAME STRUCTURE

A truss is essentially a triangulated system of (usually) straight interconnected structural elements; it is sometimes also referred to as an open web girder. The individual elements are connected at nodes; the connections are often assumed to be nominally pinned. The external forces applied to the system and the reactions at the supports are generally applied at the nodes. This type of structures is made with ISMB(BEAMS), ISMC(CHANNELS) and the truss frames are made with hollow sections, L-angles, channels etc. and are used in a broad range of buildings, mainly where there is a requirement for very long spans, such as in airport terminals, aircraft hangers, sports stadium roofs, auditoriums and other leisure buildings.
